It was my first experience of flight. I have availed the flight service of Indian Airlines.
The entire thing going near around me was very new but the travel experience was very good.
There were excellent services provided by Air India to his customers.
My journey includes in 2 parts
1) mohali to delhi - (by Auto/Bus/Metro)
2) delhi to patna - (by plane/auto)
First I was surprised with the Delhi Airport Metro line services. I have used this metro line service for the first time. This line has been uniquely built excellent services.
This line is different than other metro line services. Metro trains are available between Newdelhi and Airport in each 13 minutes interval.
1) There are modified metro trains for this route. There are more seats inside the train with other updated features.
2) Security check has been made stronger.
3) The major change is in the ticketing system for this route. Delhi metro provides unique airport line tokens to travel through this line.
4) Railway tracks are not visible at metro station, it is covered with the slider door, it opens when the train arrives.
I was surprised with the IGI airport services.
I have got my boarding pass by 4PM. In boarding pass, there is gate number and seat number is mentioned.
I have reached that gate by moving and moving. The boarding time was 5:35pm. So I have to wait there for more than 1 hour. There is nice comfortable waiting lounge at that gate. There are escalators to reach your boarding gate. After reaching at boarding gate, I talked on phone with my relatives.
At the boarding time, I have been get entered in the plane. "Welcome Sir on the India Airlines plane". these lines get into my ears, as the air hostess was wishing all passengers with great pleasure and smile. I have replied with "Thank you".
I was in my seat and locked the seat belt as the instructions displayed on mini screen available to each passenger.
*Few anounce ments from airlines displayed on screen and audible to everyone.
1) The way to exit in case of emergency.
2) Way to lock the seat belt.
and ...
Magazines/newspaper/small display screen/instruction sheet/mineral water bottle/headphone are available to everyone.
